Is it possible to block certain words or subjects with this? I am trying to remain in Facebook-land but need to be able to block/hide posts/mentions using certain words or subjects (i.e. news and politics) to save what's left of my sanity. If I can't, then I'll have to delete my account and move on.

Try this addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/advanced_profanity_filter/
