I use Fireshot on my Mac to take screenshots and normally save as PDF. This works fine using Safari and Chrome browsers. However, using Firefox, when saving the screenshot as a PFD it uses file type 'All files' Up till now, I have been unable to open the file saved as an 'All files' document. But this morning, saving the capture as a PDF 'All files' type, has saved the document as a PDF.

QUESTION: Just using Firefox, why does saving a screen capture uses 'All files' when saving as a PDF. And has the issue been noted and resolved, but the All files file type still shown? NOTE: The drop-down arrow on Format does not offer any alternative.

For the last few days after an hour (or so) of use, browser windows try to load but don't finish. I checked the Mac activity monitor and see that FirefoxCP webextensions is hogging memory--8GB! MacOS 26.6.2, Firefox for mac 154.0.1. Did the same thing for MacOS26.5.2. Is AI doing in performance? How can I find what to turn off?

Somewhat frustrating ... just after installing and setting up CardBook for Thunderbird on all devices... it automatically deactivated and "disappeared". CardBook no longer is compatible with Thunderbird.

Hope there will be an update soon that allows to keep all the settings...

It just started 2 days ago that ublock extension cause proton password manager to stop on w10 browser. I've been using this combo few years but now proton will exit straight away I can't decide which one I could let go, I mean I love them both

With Thunderbird 155 our Shortcuts deletion plugin doesn't work anymore.

Now all the worst shortcuts like "a" are back. 

(I never understood why it isn't something like "Alt+A" )

We need to deactivate all the *(/&%$&% shortcuts. We deactivated them via a plugin. But the plugin does't work with 155. Does someone knew what mozilla chaged with the shortcuts handling, so we can change our plugin acordingly?

I'm thinking about using the LanguageTooler grammar checker that's listed among Thunderbird's add-ons but I've seen reports on Reddit saying that it's only FOC for a limited time, after which you need to stump up a monthly fee,

Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative?

Facebook pages will not load. I need specific detailed instructions how to do this. Dyslexia makes it difficult to process written directions. I want to disable adblockers and other extensions to allow Facebook to load pages.

Hello, I find many quality of life things missing from the addon page !

First as search-as-you-type filter, where only addon with matching words remain visible.

Then a way to change the sort order Currently the sort order isn't clear On the first order it is enabled addons then disabled addons and 2nd order .. well it's not last added, maybe it's last updated ?

Anyway, the 1st order and 2nd order ordering should be modifiable

last enabled last updated last installed last active most cpu/memory/gpu usage by name of author by date of creation by last currently installed update by last available installed update by version number by homepage url by run in private tab state by run on restricted side state by count of access url by permission X state by number of permission by stored data amount by rating by rating count

And search 1st,2nd,3rd,4th order should be configurable and search should be able to specify the above terms like rating:>3 and so on

Also I would like a way to be able to install my non AMO plugin permannently easily or easier

У меня такая проблема:я хотел закрепить аддоны в меню по такому пути: Три точки>Расширения.Но не знаю как.Есть ещё одна проблема,я не могу запускать аддоны которые не закрепились,то есть я не нажимаю на Три точки>Расширения>Управление модификаторами,потом я нажимаю на один из них,а вместо этого появляется диалоговое окно FireFox,ГДЕ НЕЛЬЗЯ НИ ЗАКРЕПИТЬ НИ ЗАПУСТИТЬ АДДОНЫ ,что очень не удобно.Помогите мне,пожалуйста!!!

I'm on FF 154.0. The power went out here and when it came back and I booted the desktop computer something had changed in FF.

I used to see the active tab as green in the tab bar and yellow for the rest, but now they're all gray until I mouse over the bar and only then does it turn green/yellow.

I struggled with this for many hours trying many //active tab color// solutions I found in searches but nothing got it back to my old behavior.

So as a last resort I tried adding the Firefox Color extension, but when I click Add to Firefox it just turns into a throbber that never changes so it doesn't install. I'm stuck!

Frustrated!!
