sending errors with Thunderbird
I have used Thunderbird for over 20years with Spectrum/Brighthouse/Time Warner without problem. Insert the server settings and I can send and receive message in Thunderbird. I had a security boo-boo and as a result I need to reset windows. After this Thunderbird worked ok then stopped sending and receiving. I can now receive but get errors as attached and the test message does not send.
I use Nord VPN, all security is turned off there. I turned off all firewall settings in windows. I don't understand why I can't send a message.

The error message is telling you to check a web page for more information about the error code given. Did you check that?

I did, and it says this for error codes 1100 - 1150:
The IP address you’re trying to connect from has an issue with the Domain Name System.
Sounds like a problem caused by your VPN to me…
