Wikipedia acting odd?
Hey. Didn't know where to put this so I listed it under website breakages. Is wikipedia acting ok for anyone else? Half of the pages and the like aren't showing up correctly. Some will come up fine, but others are very much coming up weirdly. I'm including a picture of one such page with the odd appearance. Anyone know what's causing this and/or how to fix it?

For one, the sidebar there, has never been there before. All that information is usually in a box lower on the page, and not off to the side. The page usually has a whole other section of links and the like there. Plus tabs for various sections like talk and contributions. The color scheme of the site also isn't usually all white. For example, if you follow this link, you'll see a general idea of how wikipedia used to look when editing an article.
I'm not sure if this is because they changed the look of the site or if it's legitimately broken somehow, which is why I was wondering if anyone knew if it had been having issues.
