GoDaddy has been notorious for revoking certificates it seems and this is something the people maintaining the Washington Examiner site needs to fix. Firefox is the last browser that does a real-time revocation check as the others download a list from time to time so they will get the same error if website is not fixed soon. Nothing to do with Mozilla or the Firefox web browsers.
