Using Kaltura through Canvas? Firefox 96 made some SameSite/cross-site cookie handling stricter like Chrome and Edge, but various sites do not work correctly after this change. They might be serving different cookies to Firefox. Unfortunately, until we can get a better understanding of the issue with Canvas and Kaltura, we can only suggest rolling back the change. I think some users needed to do a regular quit/restart of Firefox. Hopefully we'll get the specific server names that needed to be added to network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault.disabledHosts as exceptions so you can benefit from the upgraded cookie security on other sites.
