Unable to see Windows in Mac client

I am using Thunderbird 78.10.0 on a Macbook Pro (BigSlur 11.2.3). I have been using Thunderbird for years. Suddenly the email Windows don't show up. I can see the Addressbook, Write a Message popups. If I choose Window->Mail & Newsgroup, nothing happens.

What could have gone wrong?

Any help is appreciated.

I deleted all directories under 'Profile' directory. And it worked
