I'm running Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 1, Firefox version 66.0.3 (64-bit)

I think after a recent update, the Massachusetts lottery pages for Megamillions and Powerball don't display the list of winning numbers. This is an example url: https://www.masslottery.com/games/lottery/megamillions.html

This is a new problem. I've always gone to the lottery pages on Firefox; never saw this problem before. The same urls work fine on Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

That's why I'm asking this question. Thanks and regards

I had no problem with the link.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Thanks for the reply Fred.

Would you do me a favor and try the url for Massachusetts Powerball please? https://www.masslottery.com/games/lottery/powerball.html

I'm left shaking my head. I restarted in Safe Mode. Initially, the MegaMillions page did not display correctly. Now it does but the Powerball page does not display past numbers.

On both pages and as a general setting, Content Blocking is set to Standard. I've never consciously changed that.

I do have Trusteer Rapport Service but it's not active for these two pages.

So now I'm at a loss as to why the MegaMillions page now displays correctly but the Powerball page does not.

Thanks again for any further help you're able to provide. This is crazy

No problem with that link either.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
