Firefox blocking mozilla support
Details: Someone could be trying to impersonate the site and you should not continue. Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust support.mozilla.org because its certificate issuer is unknown, the certificate is self-signed, or the server is not sending the correct intermediate certificates. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER. Site: support.mozilla.org Title: Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

The Firefox web browser itself is not doing the blocking on https:// connections.
Your antivirus or another security software is likely inserting its own certificate for https:// connections and is instead causing problems instead of helping.
