Yes, the password manager uses encryption and the user can also enable a Master Password. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-master-password-protect-stored-logins

First of all I want my passwords to be safe so that the password Manager in Mozilla is as secure as (lastpass and 1password) This is the most important thing to me
