I can not view message body after updating to version 45. It just states"loading..." in body section.
I just updated to Thunderbird version 45, now can download and show message titles & senders, but the body is blank , with a message that states "Loading...". If click for separate window, the same thing...blank body. Suggestions?

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:

- Choose Troubleshooting Information

- Does Thunderbird work in TB Safe mode (see Thunderbird Safe Mode)?
- Do you use anti-virus and firewall software? What is the version?
- Who is the email provider?
- Who is the internet provider?
- What is the exact error message?
- What steps did you take right before this happened?
- Is the mail account IMAP or POP?

MAtt, After starting Tbird in Safe Mode I am able to read my messages! I closed and re-opened Tbird and can still read my messages. Thank you. Thank you> THANK YOU MATT!!!!!!!
FYI this is regarding a Verizon FIOS account with Verizon email , using POP server.

I wish I knew what happened on those occasions. I know it happens opening in safe mode resets something. But I don't know what.
Do you have the Lightning addon installed? enabled?
