Firefox won't allow me to login to my email
After I enter my email address and password I get a message saying that the info is incorrect, check caps lock and retry. This happens more often than not. I had someone at my ISP tell me that I need to change to IMAP, but I cannot find out how. There is no where on the Firefox site that allows me to ask this question directly to them.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
