Error when trying to donation for Mozilla

Hi, when i try to donate using paypal returns this message: {"statusCode":400,"error":"Bad Request","message":"donation failed"}

And with credit card, also the error. I've seen all options of the wiki (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Donate). what could be causing this error?
