Can't play GIFV in Firefox mobile

Every time I try to play a GIFV it says I need a plug-in. But I'm able to play them in other mobile browsers. So why doesn't Firefox for Android support GIFV.

I really wish someone would post an answer to why GIFV usually never play in Firefox for android.
