I am getting an “iCloud stopped responding” error when using iCloud.com in Firefox. It continues even after disabling Malwarebytes Browser Guard and clearing iCloud cookies/site data. I can sign in and use iCloud normally in Microsoft Edge, so the problem appears to be specific to Firefox. Please advise how to fix the Firefox/iCloud compatibility issue. Never had this issue before, its a new gremlin. Thanks

When I do the New York Times Crossword on line it all works until I start to solve the clues at the bottom of the puzzle. When I get towards the bottom after one key stroke the screen jumps back up to the top of the puzzle. I have tried it in Chrome, and it works as normal. this is Firefox only.

When I try to browse on Firefox, it says "search using Google. The Google terms & conditions box blocks the screen, and will not scroll up so I can "click" on the "Agree" tab which is hidden

FF is recommended browser for ancestry.co.uk - but not working properly - very slow to load /refresh, lagging when typing. Cleared cookies/cache etc. any suggestions? Ancestry not helping - they sugessted I go to Google Chrome.....

When using Firefox for my browser, and using Yahoo for my emails, I cannot attach more than three small, email sized j'peg's, at a time, or I get a "Cannot be saved, as a draft" splash screen, and the email locks up. If I attach, only three attachments, let them load, then attach additional sets, of three j'peg's, it will upload them, and, allow me to send the email. My local PC repair shop has been on my PC, and witnessed this problem. They used another browser, and used my Yahoo email a/c, without an issue - all eight photos uploaded correctly. Their decision is, that it is a Firefox problem. PS: Before the last several "new, and improved, Firefox updates, all this worked, as it has, in the past.

The new Firefox (157.0) is not allowing Amazon Music to play in the web version. Worked fine before. I turned off Ad blocker and it still is not working. Amazon Music has to allow a window at the bottom of the page to show song playing and whatnot. Please help!

This has been happening for 3 days. The login works fine on Microsoft edge but doesn't work with Firefox.

Please advise what I have to do to get my e-mail in Firefox.

On my Windows 10 PC, Firefox has started bringing up the message "The page isn’t redirecting properly" when I click on BBC Sounds. It connects to every other part of the BBC website (bbc.co.uk) but not to Sounds. I've tried emptying cookies and the cache, but it makes no difference. MS Edge is opening Sounds OK, but I prefer to use Firefox. Please can you tell me what else I can do to get over this problem?

I’ve noticed a strange problem in Firefox where some images on a website don’t always load the first time. The page itself loads normally, but occasionally a few product images are just blank. Refreshing the page usually makes them appear. I’ve been noticing this while working on a site I maintain, for example on some of the product pages here https://emcindustrial.com

What’s odd is that I can’t seem to reproduce it consistently. The same pages work normally in Chrome and Edge, and sometimes Firefox loads everything perfectly too. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and checking with extensions disabled, but I’m still seeing it occasionally.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause Firefox to load the page but fail to load individual images? Is there something specific I should check in the Network or Console tools when it happens? 1st image is what's showing on firefox, 2nd is how it should be ( showing on chrome)

After months of successfully using Word on the web through my Microsoft Basic subscription, I can no longer access it from Firefox. My practice has been to keep current documents on my Firefox desktop and until now I have opened them in Word by simply clicking on their icons.

Now when I click on a document, I get a menu asking which software I want to use to open it. The list of available software does not include Word, nor any other word processing software. All my document icons are visible on the desktop, but not accessible.

As a workaround, a Microsoft technician suggested that I use Edge to go to my account on the Microsoft website and open my documents from there. That works but I prefer to use Firefox as my default desktop and have never configured Edge. Why has Firefox changed its settings?
