I am looking to stop Firefox remembering and possibly delete the details of my bank cards and would like to know where the control for that resides. There has been no problem with this, but would like to know how to at least suspend this feature.

I can't log into an email from my health site called MyMercy to get lab reports, etc., using Firefox; Have to switch to Google Chrome to do it. Is Firefox aware of this issue? Please respond [edited email from community support forum]

So I clicked into a video, and it did not play. Further troubleshooting showed it was a video hosted by vimeo, and youtube videos still worked. I tried on multiple vimeo hosted videos, on multiple unconnected websites (dropout, patreon, and directly on the vimeo website).

I tried the following fixes:

• I opened it in a private window and nothing played.
• I booted into safe mode, still nothing.
• I turned off all of my add-ons, nope.
• I cleared my cache and restarted, nothing.
• I cleared my browsing data and restarted, also nothing.
• I checked for updates: up to date.
• I created a test profile, and it works there.
• I opened Chrome and it worked there too.

The test profile/chrome thing suggests it's an add-on or something but the fact that I turned them all off and this still happened has me baffled.

I've attached console photos of the 3 error consoles from the 3 sites. I'm smart enough to know I'm very stupid when it comes to this, so any advice at all would help!

When I visit a particular web site it requests that I grant Firefox access to location services. When I attempt to, the site's interface takes me to (Apple) System Settings/Privacy & Security/Location Services and shows me the access status of the Firefox.app. The control next to it shows it as off. Clicking on the control to change it to on does nothing. The web site cannot access location services.

Location Services itself is on, as are permissions for several other apps (including Safari, which does not have this problem with this web site).

Within the Firefox apps own settings, location permissions for the site in question (scistarter.org) are set as Allow.

I'm on an iMac, running Tahoe 26.5. This problem does not happen on my iPhone running iOS 26.5.

Many web pages provide an email icon to send an article to a non subscriber. When I try to do this Firefox wants me to open New Outlook. I use Classic Outlook and don't want to use the new version. How do I fix this?

I absolutely needing your help because i went through research about mozilla how helpful it is for people to be part of mozilla family because their support really make sense by, it really help people with mozilla account to make sure there account is well secure for more protection i really like the app so now i want this mozilla family or mozilla support to help me learn more about this app an also what are some of the articles about mozilla an also the community forum all this matters when it comes learning about mozilla thank you am waiting for your reply.

Since Firefox's previous update, I am no longer able to log into my bank account. I have done everything suggested in the help menu. I've cleared cookies, etc. What changed overnight? I can go to Chrome and long in just fine. Just not in Firefox. Any suggestions?

""What happened:"" Yesterday I updated Firefox to 151 and noticed a "Profile" feature for the first time. I created a new profile, then saw a small icon with the Firefox icon that bothered me and realized it belonged to the new profile. I thought that the newly created profile is safe to delete and has to data within, so I deleted it. After that, Firefox deleted all old data and created another new profile and I lost old bookmarks, passwords, and browsing history.

Note: no warning was showed before deleting the profile.

What I tried: 1. Checked about:profiles profiles: no old data. 2. Opened the profiles folder in C:\Users\[my account]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles: no old data found. I noticed one of the default profiles contains a places.sqlite file that’s about 2 years old: no old data, only default bookmarks are there. 3. Used Recuva to try to recover files — I recovered key4.db, login.db, and places.sqlite-shm but nothing useful so far. Environment/details: • Firefox version: 151 • OS: Windows 11 • No Firefox account Questions: • Is there any way to restore the old profile data from the files I recovered (key4.db, logins.json/login.db, places.sqlite-shm)? • Any other recovery steps I should try? • how to prevent the same thing in the future? Can I lock in my Zoom setting to 120. When I am scrolling up or down a page, My 120 zoom goes crazy. There has to be a way to lock my zoom rate to 120. I can lock in my zoom rate with Chrome. Why not Mozilla?
