Why is Firefox sending me email msg's saying to try the new firefox VPN when It doesn't seem to be available to me? It's not in the upper right corner as they state and it's not in the toolbar either which they also say it's suppose to be in!

after last update stop working .if I use ctrl v it will paste in. When i try using the mouse it doesn't have paste in the block that pops up.

I can click and paste in the condition box but not the description box.

If I use edge it works. I don't want to use edge

I have also cleared cookies and cache

Hello, Im using localized (Lithuanian) version of Firefox. Several updates back, Firefox started including russian and Polish in preferred languages by default. Personally i know how to remove those for myself. However, since im managing around 300 computers in a school. This starts to become an issue. In Lithuania we only have one official language. And when pages in a school start opening in foreign (russian) language this starts to be quite annoying. I would love to keep using Firefox but i need help.

One Home/House. Two PCs. a. WINDOWS 1O b. LINUX 22.3 Both share One Mouse One Keyboard One Monitor. I have a FIREFOX account and have joined both PCs to MOZILLA. I have activated, deactivate and successfully used FIREFOX SYNC. I keep getting emails from MOZILLA stating that someone else signed on to my email acct. and a MOZILLA supplied a 6 digit code to confirm. I know it was me, so I confirm using 6 digit code and no problems. My question is. Who, How or can I inform so MOZILLA/FIREFOX recognizes both PCs. Also. Have been thinking about purchase of a YUBIKEY/KEYs for security. I know, for loss prevention, it is best to purchase 2 Keys. But can a single YUBIKEY be shared on both PCs. Or, do I need to purchase separate keys for each PC? So 4 Keys... 2 Keys for the WINDOWS 1O and 2 keys for the LINUX PC?

I'm using version 151.0.1 (64-bit) in France. I don't see the VPN configuration prompt in the top-right corner of my Firefox toolbar, nor do I see the VPN icon in the toolbar… What should I do, please?

 Firstly I have been using Firefox for about 2 decades and it has always worked perfectly - you can take a bow.
Now for my problem
I have been using Firefox for internet banking for many years without any problems - the usual login, password ans secret questions. Just after Xmas my bank updated it's website and suddenly nothing works. I was told that it now only works on Chrome and NOTHING else - not Firefox, Edge or anything else. I am able to log-in but can't see my account balances or perform any other functions - it just jams up to the point that I even have trouble closing Firefox.
I use Firefox exclusively because I don't trust Chrome or Google - they are just a massive data collection/sharing operation. I have Chrome Mask installed but it just doesn't make any difference.

 Is there anything that I can do or add-on to over-ride this problem?

can not copy and past in ebay descriptions when trying to make a listing .Also can not type in the description box will work on edge trying to list but can not as i can put information in description box. Tried on edge works fine. turned off enhanced protection still same.

A former iPhone user, I now have an Android. I downloaded iSyncr so I could transfer my songs from the computer to my phone. It worked fine until I (needed to) download Firefox on this old Mac. Now I can't seem to even pull iSyncr up on the computer. The phone wants to accept the song, but the Mac won't open iSyncr. What do I do, other than get a new Mac with an updated OS! Thank you!

I am running the latest public stable release of Firefox, 151.0.1 (aarch64), and these last few weeks I've been getting prompted to grant my location over and over every time I do a Google search. In MacOS, I've granted Firefox location permission and I've repeatedly saved me giving google permission but it doesn't stop. This is happening on my MacBook Pro and Mac Studio.

Anyone else? Any tips? It's maddening. lol

i have been using firefox for like an year, found out now that the email i used for my account on my browser is wrong, the domain has a typo. Does it mean that now all my passwords are saved on a firefox account i cant even access (i have to still finish the setup, obviously i cant as i cant get a code in an email that doesnt exist) and that i cant remove it, ever? Does firefox sync up stuff on an account without the setup even being done yet? Or is the stuff just saved locally and im good with removing the account?

Just in the last week, possibly since a software update, when I click on a link I am diverted to a new website that I did not want to see. The link I clicked also opens, but I have to close the unwanted tab and navigate back to the one I wanted. How can I stop this from happening?

When I try to customize the toolbar in Firefox the the browser goes to the customize toolbar / overflow toolbar page. However the page does not have any of the tools just a white blank screen. I did just relently refresh firefox

I guess i may have downloaded something not good. Because I keep having to redo the time on my laptop. Then I see under the plugins a warning that it wasn't supported. Like it's not to be trusted. I can't find it now. But I been having to go in and change my time zone every log in just about. Arghhhhh. Help Wizard!

I have a Wordpress.org blog. In the past few months, Firefox has developed a conflict with my site. I can no longer save posts in draft or publish mode. Similarly, it will not autosave or save a post revision. When I try to do so, the homepage displays instead of the post edit page. Also, when I try to use the WP image functionality I can upload the image to my server, but it fails to insert it into the post edit box. I can 'manually insert the code and the image will display.

Troubleshoot mode, clearing the cache did not work. But I could perform all these functions in private mode. I can't figure out whether this is a browser issue or a WP issue or a conflict between the two.

I have none of these problems in Chrome.

Sometime I can sign in, sometimes I can't, and have no idea why this is so. I tried logging in to the Mozilla Support site, but at first the auto-fill kept putting in log-in info for a completely other site. Then when I looked up the correct info, and entered it manually, I got: "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts"

And that's all, no mention of what options I had, reset the password, or how long I would be blocked from logging in, nothing, but that my account was blocked!! Then I tried to log into the community forum, and that went fine, so why not the log in to the Support site???? I've logged into both many times previously, yet all too often, there is some glitch or another, stopping me from logging in. Why does FF's own auto-fill feature not get it right? Isn't that the point to it, so we can be logged in automatically?

If I'm having some kind of issue with the browser, and need to seek help, the last thing I want to deal with is being prevented from even getting to do so! How can I get this to stop happening?

I don't know why any browser never seems to allow for this. I hate using the mouse wheel to scroll down webpages and always use the scroll bar on the right side. Problem is most of the time it's way to skinny/narrow to be practically used and the bar you use to scroll it up and down - especially on long pages - is so tiny as to be completely unusable. It may not be an issue for tweens who still have eyes like hawks but for older people, like me, it's a pain in the tuchus. I'd like to be able to increase both the size - width mostly - of the slide rail and increase the overall size of the slide bar you use to control it.
