All of a sudden every time I start my laptop Mozilla starts up. How do I stop that? I have read and tired a few things but they don't seem to work. I am not technical at all so am guessing it is something I have done or am doing wrong. Hopefully you can set me straight and get this fixed once and for all. Thank you

I thought at first that the Master Password was for that, it seems however its purpose is only to protect access to the saved sites passwords. I set it up and it did in fact ask me for a password at startup but with just 2 tries to close the window, the prompt went away and did not prevent me to use Firefox further. It eventually appeared again but the result was the same. How can i prevent unathorized people using Firefox right at startup?

I am a web developer and i am working on a ecommerce website for my client ,i am faceing a issue with my website ,the website has been developed in wocommerce,wordpress and the problem which i am faceing with the website is that when i am opening website product category and reloading the same page the product images are buffering and product images are not displayed and this has decreased my web traffic from firefox browser,i kindly request you to look into it and try to resolve this issue as it is working fine in all the other browsers and devices.I am sharing a screenshot for your refrence and also sharing the website link-https://roomdoctor.com/product-category/bunks-lofts/

Firefox is broken. Submit buttons are not working, & recaptcha doesn't work on some sites. All is well with other browsers.

When I click a link or open a new Tab Firefox opens a new window. I have Firefox and Thunderbird pinned to the Taskbar and usually switch between them easily. Today when I try to switch to Firefox another FF window opens. Why is this happening and how can I stop it.?

System is Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Firefox 130.0 is the browser. When printing PDF forms from a website, the printer dialog shows the paper size as US Letter, but it prints as a tiny version of the document.

When I dig deeper into the printer dialog, the page setup is listed as na_letter. When I change it to US Letter, the document will print correctly, but it reverts to na_letter for subsequent print jobs.

The printer is a Brother inkjet, MFC-J985DW. This problem only started recently and the only known changes have been automatic Firefox updates. Any suggestions for a fix?

A few months ago, I filled a feedback survey on Firefox, and at the end of the survey it contained an option to check if I was interested in pariticipating in a follow-up study with a researcher from Firefox, and it was promised a financial compesation for my time.

I received an follow-up email today (from fx-researchteam@mozilla.com), talking about the recent survey I took and that I specified that I would like to do a follow-up interview, specifying available dates, interview duration (~60 minutes), and so on. It contained with a survey link from qsurvey.mozilla.com. The survey asked basic personal informations like email, name, gender, nothing too suspicious. Also, they specified they could paypal me $150 as a thanks for my time and feedback.

I saw someone received the same type of email and people claimed it as legit (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442740), but the email that sent the survey was a different email (from firefoxresearch@mozilla.com).

All I'm asking is if Mozilla does conduct such interviews, and also pay people for their time... if this is not a scam or something...

The last few days my computer has a long time connecting to the internet I saw a notification from Mozilla that they updated some type of program that might effect the connections that it might take longer to connect well it does and by the time it connects it say to long to connect so no connections at all before they did this upgrade or what ever my computer always connected johnny on the spot now it doesn't so the upgrade just don't work I think I saw something like a AI thing any ideas or what I am about ready to go to another browser program it's just not working for me I have windows 11.

I am on v130 of Firefox and on some websites it just freezes. I cannot tab across. Even if i refresh nothing. But when i use Chomer all working fine. Read some things on how to correct this but does not work. Any advise?

No matter which way I try to close it, Firefox Will Not Close and stays open 24/7. I do not know how to get this browser to close! Firefox continues to freeze and shut itself down, but NOT close out. I do believe it is a security risk. Thank You for your help.

My computer seemed to be going slowly so I restarted it. The text in emails was lagging. After a restart nothing changed. Then Firefox became absolutely unresponsive after restart.

I have installed Firefox again. There is no change.

The toolbars are still there. But if I type something in the search button, nothing happens. If I click on one of my shortcuts nothing happens.

I have tried doing the History > Forget about this site stuff and deleting cookies on individual sites. Still, I cannot get past the login page for a number of websites that are crucial to my operations. Like Elementor.com. when I need to connect to my account, I enter my username and password and it just stays frozen on the login screen. If I go the Edge, it works just fine, but FF keeps hanging on websites????

I am unable to use "Restore Previous Session", "Recently Closed Tabs" or "Recently Closed Windows" options despite having Firefox settings in Privacy & Security set to have Firefox "Remember history". These options are greyed out. I have tried toggling between the Privacy & Security settings between "Remember History" and "Custom settings for history" as well as deleting and redownloading firefox but the options still remain greyed out. My Mac os is Ventura 13.0. Please help!

I just updated my firefox browser. And had numerous tabs that were still open. Usually when I have update it I go to history and click on recently closed windows/tabs and everything comes back on.

But this time, there's nothing there! I'm missing all of the windows/tabs that were opened before. I look in my history tab and there's nothing there either from the time the firefox was updated.

Before Firefox had something called restore previous session. And that's not there either.

Can you please help me get my old tabs/windows opened again? Please
