I have Firebird Beta installed. I also have Outlook 2019 but after an update the address book is not visible. I have located the pst file(s) but don't know how to import the email address book from Outlook to Firebird Beta. Can you help?

We are facing issues with Thunderbird mail application.

Incoming emails are not being received in Thunderbird. Thunderbird is running very slowly and frequently becomes unresponsive. Sending and receiving emails is taking a long time. We have already restarted the application and system, but the issue still persists.

Kindly check the mail server settings and Thunderbird configuration from your end and advise on the necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

When I delete a message from the message list (not the first one), the next email selected is the first one in the list. This is a change in behavior - it used to the the one following the position of the deleted the email would be selected.
