I click on the Thunderbird icon and nothing happens. I cannot get it to open to retrieve emails (100+ a day, mostly junk). I don't have my email passwords so I can't go online to use cpanel webmail. All my digital records are stored in Thunderbird inbox folders. Which I can't access. Any idea what is happening? Hi I have recently switched to Thunderbird and Firefox for my Windows 10 Home 64 bit Laptop to give me conformity with these two apps on my other Laptop running windows 7 Home 64-bit. However, I seem to be unable to use any message links or hyperlinks as I get the error message attached. I have searched the internet for a solution but none seem to work. Can anyone help. Eric

I'm using T'bird on windows 11 to access mail from my Zoho mail account and all of a sudden I'm getting this message: "login to server pop.zoho.com with user name x failed". This happens from time to time and eventually clears.

I get the option to retry or enter new password, if I retry I get this message: "sending of user name did not succeed. Mail server pop.zoho.com responded: user already specified."

Entering a new password doesn't help and the password is saved anyway.

I don't get the "user already specified"?

All the settings are still the same before this happened and T'bird was working and it's up to date.

Hi, I have 2 calendars with different links, usernames & password running via Baikal/CALDAV I can install one instance of calendar without any problem. When I try to install the second calendar via network, it always finds the one already installed. But the link is different to the first one. I suppose that there may be some mismatch in the system, but I have no idea what to do. It is important to say that it was possible on my older Laptop. But now I discover, that the second calendar cannot sync anymore. Could you help me to find a solution? Kind regards
