When I go to Firefox focus, & put on a search, I am automatically connected to Google. A podcaster has warned us not to get Google as a search engine because it is not good in protecting my privacy since they gather information on my searches & sells them. How do I get rid of Google as my search engine. I already took Google out in my app list. I await your reply & recommendation. Thanks

I recently switched from IOS SAFARI to Firefox. I prefer to use the same browser as on my PC but I have huge problem with Firefox.

Firefox is constantly logging me off from my work environment- Microsoft MyApps. For instance in Safari once I logged in I never had any issues with having to constantly login and provide security codes in external app. In Firefox app once I leave the app for couple of minutes or more and then return to my open tabs I have to login once again.

What can I do to fix it? For now I have to use safari again.

Recently (past few weeks) I’ve found Firefox on my iPhone (iOS 26.5.2) has stopped loading. I’ll open the app and it won’t load the page at all. It also doesn’t let me reload the page, add tabs, or close tabs. Occasionally it will fix if I click a link from an SMS or something that then opens in the app. Quitting Firefox doesn’t work, restarting my phone also doesn’t work.

Noticed that Firefox on IOS was updated about 17 hours ago, so that may explain the current issue. When I open the app on my phone, it will be on the page I was last on, but would be frozen. Cannot add a new tab. Cannot add an address to in address bar. Nothing can be done u til I force quit the app, and then reopen the app afterwards (as long as I give it a couple seconds afterwards). Didn’t have this issue the day before.
