I take a lot of screenshots using Firefox's built in screenshot tool to share with my friends. After a while it slows down my Photos folder and I move them elsewhere. However, I cannot move, delete, or even rename any of the 18 photos shown in the photo below. They are all from Twitter/X, but this error does not apply to every screenshot from Twitter - I was able to move or delete most of them. However, it is ONLY happening with photos from Twitter. They are not Read Only so I don't know what the issue is. I'm not having this issue with Windows Snip tool, only Firefox Screenshots.

I keep getting a message on facebook stating my browser(Firefox) is no longer supported even though it is updated to newest version....i have cleared cache and cookies and I still get the same message on facebook. (See attachment screenshot).

When I set up my Firefox account, I was using my college email. Unfortunately, the college did a merger with another college and changed their name. Due to the name change, the email I am currently using is no longer in effect. Is there a way to update the email so I can have access to all of my saved information and bookmarks?

When I start Firefox and view a website in full-screen mode, Firefox is always in the foreground and also blocks all notifications from the Windows Notification Center. How can I stop this? I have already checked the settings. Nothing is activated here. I would like to view a website in full-screen mode, but still receive notifications. As soon as I exit full-screen mode, the Windows notifications are displayed again. Thank you for your help!

Since a few weeks, I can not drag image from and hence not drop images out of firefox anymore. I used to be able to drag and drop any image from any website into any other app before. Now, I have to right-click and save the image to the file system and from there in a second step decide what to do with it. This is very inconvenient and annoying.

Is this a bug? Is there a new setting where I have to enable this functionality again? Or is it simply a regression of firefox?

Hello Firefox is my default browser Now I have undesirable ads in the Promotions tab. Of course they disappear if I delete the Promotions tab, but the Promotions tab is very convenient. I can't mark them as spam. I don't have this problem at all with Chrome. Please tell me what to do. Sincerely

I am in the pharmaceutical industry and using ectd program, which is producing an xml backbone (directories) containing pharmaceutical information (pdfs). Only internet explorer can show this. Chrome has recently lost this ability. Firefox shows only some headings, like reading the index.xml only and not detecting the other directories. Is there an option/addon so I can view the contents correctly? I cannot attach the export of the ectd program (index.html & backbone/directories) so you can see to what I refer to, only the pics.

Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my google accounts (work and private) through firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tired loging in from google linked accounts. Spoke to my our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to google support.

My assumtion is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but firefox is my perfered browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

Why do i keep getting lagging in my browser? It always seems to say " Mozilla firefox not responding" and freezes for a bit. Everyday especially after i first log on.

Firefox appears as a different application on the Taskbar with some default icon (not the Firefox icon). This happens regardless it is started from the Start Menu or from the pinned Taskbar icon.

This behavior appeared recently, I used Firefox for years on this PC without this issue. I guess it is caused by an update (Windows or Firefox).
