I have two monitors:

Monitor 2 is G272U Pro(Run in 4320 x 2160 60hz landscape 150% scale).
I arrange them veritcally, monitor 2 on top and monitor 1 at the bottom.
When I minimize the non-fullscreen firefox window on the monitor 1, black/transparent border shows on the left, right, and bottom of the firefox window.
When I arrange two monitor horizontally, everything normal. I place monitor 1 at the left of monitor 2.
When I do this on the monitor 2, everything normal.
I have to use two monitors vertically, since I don't have much space.
I also tried different versions of firefox. for now, 129.0 to 136 has these problems. I have install chrome, brave, edge. None of them has this problem.
