I have a Zoom.com account which I use for my home-based business. Within the last week, I suddenly cannot log into that account using Firefox.

I can get to https://us06web.zoom.us/signin#/login

I can enter my credentials and click the "Sign In" Control....

but then, the progress spiral starts spinning and I never get logged in.

  (My current attempt has been "hanging" for hours)

The font for the search results has changed to one that is hard to read. I'd like to change it back, changing the font in settings back to default doesn't seem to change it. The other parts of the search results not circled are fine and unaffected.

Don't know how, but I deleted Firefox on my desktop. Re-downloaded it on my computer and signed into my acct. But how do I get my NUMEROUS web bookmarks and folders w/ web bookmarks back? I still have everything on my phone app, but if try to sync I think my phone will just get what my computer now has which is nothing.

Recently I have upgrade my OS from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04, but while I logged in my firefox account to recover my bookmarks & settings, I can't find them. How to recover my bookmarks?

I am having a great deal of difficulty with Firefox playing YouTube videos. While I have been very happy with Firefox for a number of years I am thinking of going back to Google Chrome. I need to access YouTube videos for my work. I recognise that you will have 1000s of email requests for support but I would like a personal email back rather than being referred to a chat room that does not provide any help or solutions.

Trying to put Albertsons.com in browser and it comes up with

1. Close Firefox (FF) with some tabs open 2. While FF is closed the websites are updated 3. Open Firefox, tabs reopen 4. Go to tabs

Expected: Tabs should the latest version of the website (ie the page has been refreshed)

Actual: Tabs are showing the old, previous (cached) versions of the website and not refreshing to show the latest

User has to manuall refresh each tab to see the latest version of the page

Are other people seeing this issue?

When I tried to start Firefox it started an automatic update - like it has many times before. But I then got an error message referring to 'entry point not found' . I have used Firefox for many years without any problems.

I reinstalled windows 10 and this is my second laptop that microsoft seems to have locked the sound use on any other browser than microsoft edge, sound works perfectly on microsoft edge but will not work on any other browser, has anybody else had this issue, i have contacted Mozilla before but nobody answers. thankyou

my fit to page is NOT a matter of zoom. No matter what size it is some of the page is off the screen. And when I try to type an e-mail there is no space showing what I am typing. The e-mail space will not expand. All this happened when I chose to make Firefox my default. before that there was no problem

About two or three times a month the PC randomly freezes completely if a video is running in the actual Firefox browser (regardless of the site, regardless of whether it is in the active tab or in the background). First the image freezes, after about 10 seconds the sound freezes. Only a hard reset helps. The problem is observed both in actual Windows 11 and in Manjaro Linux. In games, rendering, stress tests and other PC works stably, does not freeze. How to solve this problem?

Every time i update my bookmarks are removed and my extensions which I pin get unpined I can´t even open a tab without using settings. I need to reinstall my browser.

I want to stop the browser from auto refreshing in some website but it keep auto refresh despite the fact that accessibility.blockautorefresh is marked as "true". In the past it wasn't like that, but someone who used my computer visited the website and clicked on some note from the website and gave it a permission for auto refreshing. I tried to look in the "permissions" of the website but found nothing about auto refreshing. I don't know how to stop those auto refreshing.

Please can you tell me how to stop Firefox opening multiple browser pages as I work. As in, when I go from one email address to another, Firefox just opens page after new page causing a lot of confusion.

Please, can you explain - in an easy way - how to stop this. Sometimes there are more than 10 browser pages open. I have a Dell Inspiron with Windows 11. Thank you for any help.
