Hi Friends, I'm using Firefox for Linux Mint, mint-001 - 1.0, 133.0.3 (64-bit) on Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon 6.2.9. There is no theme for Linux Mint, but for Firefox, I'm using a theme called "Dark-Blue (o-plot) Dark-Blue theme".

Yes, I realize it's out of date. I'll be happy to update if it's needed to solve this problem. Well, maybe it's time for an update anyway.... We'll see.

Anyway, I found in Linux, the System Settings dialog, which has a few settings for scrollbars. So I made them wider (easier to grab with the mouse). But in the dialog there's a caveat that says it might not work for every program. And indeed, it works in every dialog and program except for Firefox.

First question: Is there any way to make the Firefox scrollbars wider?

Relatively recently, I migrated to Linux Mint from Windows. I don't know if the change in the scrolbar appearance and behavior is more related to industry trends, or if this is just Linux's way. But I sorely miss the 2 buttons at the top and bottom of the scrollbar (from Windows) that allow you to scroll one click at a time. I also miss the ability to scroll one page or screen at a time, by clicking above or below the scrollbar

Second question: Is there any way to get the scroll buttons back?

If that is indeed a correct solution, maybe you call could simplify it for me? Or maybe there is an even simpler or better solution?

Been a loyal Firefox user for years. At work, I have a Mac, running MacOS 12 (now). After the most recent update of 139 (The intel iMac was running 10.15 at the time), it crashes on startup. I get a flash of the starting website (just google home page) and then crash. I thought maybe it had left the OS behind, so I upgraded to MacOS 12. No difference. Downloaded 138, installed. Works fine ... until it auto updates again, then crash again. Tried to turn off auto-update, but I can't do it fast enough before it downloads the new update, causing it to be installed on restart .. then crash again. I have solved it for the moment by using an ESR version. 128. All good again. But why is this happening, and only with the latest update? Driving me crazy.

Am unable to sign in to the Spectrum website or my Spectrum account - also other websites. Am able to sign in to them all using Google Chrome. Have used Firefox for years & really like it. Is there anything you/I can do to solve the issue?

After every update, Firefox starts to a blank screen and will not start loading the webpage url put in for over twenty minutes to a half hour. During this time other browsers on my Win 10 PC load immediately so it is not a network issue. It is Firefox. When I see that an update is pending I hesitate to do the update because I know I will lose the use of Firefox until it is ready to respond. It just hangs with "loading X.com" showing at the bottom left of the blank screen. I have been using Firefox for a long time and in the past year or longer it has become very unreliable. There are also instances where without an update it will do this and the only way I can get it to work is to clear the cache and the history through settings. What is going on with Firefox! (And lately there is an update every couple fo days!

Where are the settings for url schemes, shortcuts, I can configure the application to open telnet, but there are no settings for opening vnc or others, and there is not even the possibility to configure manually!!!

Steps to reproduce: Go on any site, find a video and put it in fullscreen. Taskbar should hide itself but it instead persists and overlaps the video.

It doesn't happen with any other browsers I've tried.

I noticed today that credit card fields are completely disabled in Firefox. I'm not talking about autofill, which i don't normally use anyway - I can't even select these fields to input data. This is affecting multiple sites that are not related. Any ideas?

Takes more than 5 minutes (I'm still waiting) to load a single page. ALL other websites work within seconds . Chrome loads RCGroups pages in a fraction of a second on my Win 7 machine. Also images don't load from RCGroups.com. These failures started a few weeks ago. Have you modified the software? Bob

Hello! My problem is that I can't upload videos to Youtube under Firefox! The upload stops at 0 percent and doesn't move. This problem has been going on for a while, it started with version 138.0.4, continued with 139.0. and now even version 139.0.1 is bad! I have Windows 10 64 bit operating system. Video uploading works with other browsers! I would like this problem to be solved! There was a similar case before, and it was fixed.

I have the latest Firefox update and I cleared my cache and history....now I cant log on, change or do anything to my Yahoo mail account...it says its a ATT issue but on my Iphone my email works fine....any help is appreciated.

Im using a dell laptop Inspiron 14...

I just updated Firefox to Version 139.0.1 (64-bit) and now every time I try and use my webcam (specifically Google Meet since my job is remote), Firefox instantly crashes. I've tried deleting and reinstalling Firefox several times and it still will not work. I'm on MacOS Ventura 13.5.1. I really just need a permanent fix for this.

I need access to somethings that it said I needed to ask permission for? Im not sure what all I need to ask for? But Iam asking that you please grant anything AI or UI you please allow in. Thank you. If not and you need me to be more specific than I dont know how to ask because thats all I know is anything AI or UI please let in they never failed me and they are the only thing I put my trust in 100%.

I'm having problems logging in to talvrene@gmail.com account (main google account) for mozilla. I don't have any keys and don't remember what i did with them, i have swapped computers and browsers and the old computer was reset years ago. I also don't have the authenticator for mozilla on my phone, don't remember what happened to it. I have access to my email talvrene@gmail.com, could i get an authenticate code or backup authentication code?
