My Earthlink email will not scroll. I have tried talking to Earthlink, but they say it is probably a browser problem. Here is my conversation with them, so that I don't have to re-type everything.

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

I wanted to use the new VPN feature and the icon initially showed up in the top right, but it has disappeared and is not present in "customise toolbar" or privacy settings either.

When I try to save a new URL, Web Page, by clicking on the "Star" on the tool bar menu, then selection my existing folder for my chosen location it is not saved, at least most of the time. It is however saved under Recently Bookmarked and is also in Manage Bookmarks. I can force it to save by selecting Bookmarks Menu. It then is at the bottom of all my saved folder. I then can copy and paste into my folder of choice. What do I need to do to make it save to the folder of choice immediately?

I tried working with Earthlink support, but cannot get my mouse to work correctly in their webmail. This problem just started a couple weeks ago, and today it will not scroll at all. I opened the webmail in Edge and got it to work. There is a glitch somewhere.

My microphone (stand alone) is not being detected by the website "Babel Audio" as I am attempting to connect on the website to test out my audio. My microphone does work for other programs on my computer and my taskbar does show that my microphone is connected correctly.

I get scam messages that say "Trojan virus detected!" on Mozilla Firefox which I cannot delete. I have run antivirus scans which show there is no virus or malware. I have shut down the desk top. How can I go to reinstall Mozilla Firefox default settings or do you have another solution?
