Mozilla changed my location to portugal. All i see are ads in portuguese and it is annoying. I don't have a vpn on, doesn't matter how many times i change it back, it keeps showing me portuguese. How do i change it back?

The new native tab group feature has an option to "Save and close group", implying that you can restore the group. But doing this, you will find that the group disappears.

Is this a known bug? Has anyone figured out how to restore a saved tab group?

Since updating to version 135 all the tabs crash. I've uninstalled\reinstalled, deleted app data, disabled AV and created a new profile. The only time it works is in troubleshooting mode. I've looked at extensions and plugins and I'm only seeing OpenH264 video codec and Widevine content decryption. I've disabled those but still get the crashed tabs.

I'm also not generating any crash logs.

When I navigate to youtube and try to watch a video, the player does not load. It just shows white in the space where the player should be. No video, no audio, no nothing. No matter what video I click, the same thing happens. The only workaround I have found is that if I go to a page with an embedded youtube video, and click the "watch on youtube" link that appears in it, it will load a youtube page that can play videos normally. I can use that page to navigate youtube and it will operate normally. However if I type in youtube.com or get to the site some other way, the issue happens where it is only white space. It is very frustrating.

Suddenly cannot access my bellsouth.net email account. However, I have no problems when using the Brave site. Any non-snarky suggestions to regain access using Firefox?

running windows 11 on pc, all up to date and current ver. of ff.

I do genealogy research and wonder why firefox won't work as Chrome? I'm trying to copy 1850 census record to Excel spreadsheet for research purposes. Seems this can only be done in Chrome. Firefox can you do this as well? I've not been able to do it. PS not really fond of Chrome but have to use it.  Any suggestions?  Thank you, Linda

I have downloaded the youtube downloader that was recommended by firefox, but everytime i go onto youtube the downloader menu does not appear below the the youtube screen. Can you advise me on how to remedy this problem. The downloader was working previously some time ago then just disappeared. I have been using Firefox for a long time, and recently I upgraded my Windows system. Before the upgrade, I had set Firefox to open PDFs directly in a PDF Reader other than Firefox’s built-in PDF viewer, and it worked perfectly. However, after the upgrade, Firefox now shows the "Opening when completed" message and opens PDFs slowly, instead of opening them immediately in my chosen PDF Reader.

I have checked the settings, cleared the cache, refreshed Firefox, and even tested with other software, but the issue persists. The settings for handling PDFs are still the same, but they don't seem to work as they used to.

Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

How do I change the height dimension of my toolbars?

My toolbars are too wide in height, taking up 1/3 - 1/2 of my screen, and the pop-ups narrow my screen in height to where I can only read one or two lines of text at a time. (I am sure that using larger fonts is part of the problem. But my old eyes prefer a font size of 14 and above.)
