When I click on " manage account" showing my email address, I have to following error message: "Session Expired Sorry, something went wrong. Please sign out from the browser menu and try again"

I signed out and signed in on all devices (laptop, desktop, iPhone), I made sure I have the latest version, I checked in security for an error message...

Nothing fixed the problem?

It seems all others functions work. I have access to the setting menu, bookmark, security, history... I am able to sync. Only the manage account access does not work?

Please advice

WIndows 10 Pro, verschiedene PDF-Programme, Firefox Version 134.0.2 64 bit

I recently upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10. Firefox was disabled somehow. I got it up and running again and my default search engine is DuckDuckGo. I cannot enter text for searches into the search box (below the firefox logo. Any text I try to enter appears in the address box (on line 2 near the the top of the home page). What do I have to do to enable the search box to receive text and function properly for browsing? What am I missing? Thanks for your help. John Hall

Hi everyone. I am a college student and my university's course portal, Brightspace (similar to Blackboard or Canvas) offers Zoom meeting recordings as an embedded webpage on its website, calling 3rd party cookies. Up till last semester, Firefox was able to open that. However, maybe because of the latest Firefox, web server, or macOS Sonoma update, this is no longer happening.

The webpage is able to be called in Chrome and Safari, but it asks you to redirect to zoom.us instead of directly calling zoom.us. Chrome was able to call zoom.us directly into the website once I enable 3rd part cookies, which makes me think this is a 3rd party cookie issue.

NOTE: In the past, Firefox never asked to redirect either, so it seems to me that they updated the webpage security which might be inhibiting Firefox functionality.

I have tried the following: 1. Redownloading Firefox 2. Using "Custom" Protection to allow all cookies 3. Switching off Enhanced Protection on the website 4. Using Firefox on iOS (iPad and iPhone) -> Zoom inside Brightspace will work normally on these two but not my macbook which is weird

Here are some images attached of what it appears like. The Firefox one is blank; Chrome directly calls the zoom webpage, and Safari redirects with an apt link. But Firefox is simply blank.

Please help me figure out whether Firefox is unable to send an appropriate request, Brightspace/Zoom is not allowing that request, or Firefox is unable to load up the website. And what can I do to get the Zoom back on. All suggestions are helpful! Thank you guys so much.

Ok, here's the specks first.

I have TWO older imac desktop computers. The one I'm on now, and one I use mainly for music, maybe email but not much else.

BOTH have the SAME IOS. High Sierra. Both used the SAME version of firefox. (Just launched the old one to see, 91.8.0esr)

So the computer I'm on now is up to date with version 115.19.0esr And now so is the other one.

Problem is.... Firefox in it's infinite STUPIDITY, does NOT automatically move bookmarks OR MAKE IT SIMPLE TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH they let me import from another browser. I DO NOT USE ANOTHER BROWSER SO THOSE OTHER BROWSERS DO NOT HAVE MY BOOKMARKS. What a STUPID idea on their part huh?

Now dang it all.... it took me half a day but I managed to do it on this computer. I remember even saying out loud "well that was too easy." Knowing I would need to do it again I should have written down what I did but nope, that would be logical and make sense. I didn't do it. Its been a few weeks and now I cannot for the life of me remember what was so easy. (Again HOURS of one set of instructions after another, yea it was easy to forget.)

I just KILLED several HOURS going around with some ai thing, nothing is working. Shortest version it had me save the old bookmarks by exporting as html. Did that, put it on a flash stick, brought that to the new computer, updated firefox, and here is where nothing works. IMPORT from html DOES NOTHING AT ALL. AI had me open the file to make sure it wasn't corrupt, it's fine. It even suggested I manually drag from that open file to the new bookmarks library but nothing drags. I did try contacting mozilla but got back a reply that they do not offer support UNLESS I AM A PAYING USER. OH HELL NO. I don't pay for stuff so BADLY designed. And I actually like firefox.

Ok, ranting now. Just frustrated. I DO remember this was an easy task.... but dang. HOW?????????? Aside from manually opening each bookmark, copying the url and starting over...... I have HUNDREDS! I'd LIKE to move them all and I know it can be done since I'm on my new browser right now WITH all my old bookmarks. So yea it can be done.... and it was "easy." But my aging brain lost it. I will give this board a shot. Surely others have had the same issue. SOMEONE out there must have written down the "easy" method.

Thanks in advance.

Good evening,

the log in to my account on the german website "bahn.de" does not work with Firefox. On the website I can write my username in the charge account and push the button to log in - but nothing happens. No notification of an error or else. When doing the same with Microsoft Edge everything works. If there is no solution in the near future I am about to get rid of all Mozilla products.

Maybe sb can help? Thank you in advance.

Firefox updated to 133, in Windows 11, and now I can't print web pages any more. Printing works with any other program or browser. CTRL-P works but when executed, nothing happens. Only local Firefox pages (such as "about:___") will print. It continues to be a problem with additional upgrades to 134.02. I have used the Help->More Troubleshooting Information solution suggested on Mozilla support pages but it was of no value. I assume some file got corrupted during the upgrade but I don't know which one...

Firefox keeps upgrading and downgrading continuously, thereby, prompting our users to create a new profile each time. Some users have never created a local profile but are now forced to, which then forces them to reimport their bookmarks and passwords. This started after deploying CIS benchmarks to those users but has since been rolled back. We can't seem to keep Firefox on one stable version for our users with their normal profiles. We've tried using the downgrade cmdlet to enable profiles used in the newest version into the downgraded version, which works until the browser again upgrades and then downgrades automatically, forcing another downgrade cmdlet and reimport of browser data. How can we stop it from automatically downgrading?
