The video player works on Safari on this website.

I am running a simple web based chat app on a local server. I want to compare the energy usage between three version of the app, using long polling, websocket and webRTC for communication. To analyze the result I am downloading the captured power profile from Firefox. This stores as a JSON file. However, I am having issues parsing the file into anything useful. Do you have a guide on how to parse these output files so that I can sort on the various energy usage components? In the visual capture of the profile all the data is available nicely to see. I would like to use the JSON files to make tables of total energy usage etc.

For weeks now I have been unable to sign into Microsoft.com to get support help through chat or receive a call back. These can only be achieved by signing in. The only Microsoft product that I can use is my Outlook mail app, which I have been able to sign into. But this is not connected with Mozilla Firefox. There is no other way that I know of to contact Microsoft. I've tried signing in on Microsoft Edge as well, I get an error message there as well. Since this problem started with trying to sign in on Mozilla Firefox, I assume this is where the issue was created. If I cannot sign into Microsoft.com, I am locked out of getting any help resolving this issue. There is no other way to reach Microsoft. The phone number they has no live person, only a robot which will answer questions only and then hang up.

Can someone here at Mozilla, please help me????

Whenever I click my mouse somewhere blank on a webpage firefox will always select some text/image despite being nowhere close to it. This does not happen to me on chrome.

Hi there, after turning on my computer in the morning, Firefox has been suddenly rendered utterly inoperable and pulls up a PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR for all websites. No matter what I do, including all other fixes previously suggested on the Mozilla forums and elsewhere, nothing seems to work.

Things that I've already tried and did not work include: - Pausing Kaspersky Internet Security - Resetting WiFi router - Switching to a different WiFi - Turning on troubleshooting mode - Resetting Firefox entirely - Creating a new profile - Reinstalling Firefox (several times) - Installing Firefox for Developers - Flushing DNS - Turning off proxy settings

I really don't want to be forced to use Google Chrome. Is there anything else that I can possibly do that can fix this?

Many web pages now 'flash' when opened in FF (128.0.3 64bit W10). ALL graphics images turn on then off in synchrony. Text does not seem to be affected. Disabling HW acceleration has no effect.

I have a bookmark tap on the right top and on the left top. I'm trying to rearrange the order of the bookmarks on the right side to match the order there in on the left side. I'm not able to change the order there in on the right side. I tried dragging them down or up but it won't work. Does anyone know who to change the order of what my book marks are in on the right side?

I have been a faithful user of the Firefox browser for many years. Sometimes though I come across websites where Firefox doesn't work properly. The current issue is with Microsoft's Office page. www.office.com It is not not the entire website but, that I noticed, certain functions in their page

Who do I contact to report these issues?

As of right now, I'm running the latest version of Firefox. I've noticed that it takes up to 17 processes on my computer. There by slowing both my computer and firefox to the point it's unusable. I know extensions can take up some processes, however I'm only using 3 extensions. So, it shouldn't be using so much. What is being done about this? I like what firefox has to offer, but if these aren't fixed then I'll have to start using another browser. And, getting everyone I know to get off of it, as it's being just like bloatware on my pc.

I need to search for more than one search term in about:config. How can I do this?

Is there some kind of syntax I can use like the pipe symbol to do something like oneword|anotherword or do I have to know literally the exact thing I'm looking for before looking?

Since slipstreaming a current version each time appears to be a non starter I am trying to use the Stub installer that downloads (what I hope) is the newest version of Firefox each time its run in my Windows Sandbox no matter when I downloaded the stub installer file.

My real question is how do I get the silent install to work? Right now it always brings up the splash screen and a thermometer during the install. I would like to not see that each time I spin up a new Microsoft SandBox.

firefox installer.exe /? -h or -? shows me no parameters, and starts an install even If I say NO to allowing it to make changes to Windows. (which seems very odd) -Bill

Recently I cleared my Firefox browser history. After doing that, I can no longer sign into Amazon.com website. What am I doing wrong? Here is the message I'm getting:

I still have everything on my phone How can I force the sync or retrieve data in an xml/csv file ?
