All logins passwords and bookmarks disappeared from my Android phone after the latest Mozilla update (version 120.1.0).

On the phone version I can't locate any previous Profiles to check whether the filesight be there. In fact it was necessary to revert to my trusty handwritten paper password list to even login to write this query.

I have updated Firefox/Mozilla every time an update was announced.

This is not the reliability I would expect from Mozilla and I hope you can help me to recover these files.

I've read several similar questions that say to follow Google's recommendation to choose "Just mark as deleted" when deleting an email in Thunderbird. I tried that, and it doesn't work. Initially, nothing at all happens when I either hit the delete key on my keyboard or click the delete button in Thunderbird. If I manually sync Thunderbird, the email goes away from the inbox, but it's still in my inbox in Gmail. What is the real solution to this?

On my Personal GMAIL Account…

Why can’t I locate my emails when I deselect the folder they are in? I use to be able to deselect a folder and the email would automatically go back into my inbox.

There use to be the availability to restore from my Personal GMAIL account a 30 day previous history… I would have to wait for the restoration, and every email I had in my Personal GMAIL account could be found in my INBOX. Has FIREFOX UPDATES REMOVED THESE TWO OPTIONS FROM MY PERSONAL GMAIL ACCOUNT?

I had to reinstall Thunderbird. A majority of the original Folders after installation are missing. Not in Trash. It is an IMAP account.

The Folders still exist on my ISP Zimbra webmail account.

I read what seems to apply in the Help section of Mozilla Thunderbird but couldn't find anything helpful.

How do I (can I) copy and move the missing Folders and the saved messages in them back into Thunderbird?

I'm a truly novice user please be as clear as possible.

I am no longer able to log into my Capital One Venture account using Firefox. It is not a Capital One problem because I can log in using Microsoft Edge. Do I need to reconfigure something in Firefox?

Use use POP3 to hang on to my emails. I have several accounts set up. One day, one of them disappeared. I looked at the profile directories and they all have an inbox and inbox.msf file that are not empty. The file and directory permissions are correct. I've read numerous things on the web on how to fix this but nothing has worked.

I've included an image that shows the first account has no "inbox" showing but the second one does.

I can not enter information into the required fields for my online banking billpay service with Firefox but works fine with Google Chrome.

When printing a page to PDF, with headers & footers, the default setup shows the date in right footer. However this date format is in (for me) awkward US format . Is there a way to show the date according to system regional short date & time ?

Version 115.5.1 is not showing some emails as 'read' when clicked on. The emais do not have lots of content. Is there a setting somewhere so that when an email is click, it immediately shows as having been read?

Honestly I don't have a clue as to where to look to resolve this sudden issue because I've never seen it before. While testing a simple single page static web site firefox keeps loading the same page into a new tab and a rate that I cannot keep up with. In a few short minutes there are hundreds of tabs open each with the same page. I've tried cancelling Firefox, rebooted my system, even removed and reinstalled firefox all to no avail (using Linux Mint). What's interesting is that all other browsers I try do NOT do this. They all work just fine. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions as to what might cause this and/or where to look to diagnose? Thanks in advance.

I have several email account managed by TBird. Inexplicably I now have email sent to my "gmail" account, being copied to my "mail" account. This does not occur with all the time, but randomly. Additionally, when I delete an email from my inbox in gmail, it appears in my mail account inbox. I've had these accounts for several years; however, this has just started. Thanks for any assistance.

I have created a folder to show me all unread messages, but it completely ignores a number of subfolders, whatever I try. What is wrong with my settings? All IMAP folders are synchronized (theoretically, although Thunderbird also not always syncs everything, but that's another issue).

} but it is not supported by Firefox.

While this approach is supported by Firefox, I am experiencing an unexpected behavior. Instead of a smooth zoom effect, the entire website is zoomed out, and the content is shifted to the left, leaving the right side blank with a white space.

Hi, The date format in the email list (e.g. inbox) seems to be hardcoded to US format, ie mm/dd/yy. I have set the Date and Time Formatting under Settings/General to Application locale: English (united Kingdom) with no effect (second attachment). I then went to the Advanced Preferences and changed the intl.date_time.pattern_override.date_short to dd-mm-yyyy and this did change the dates but it is completely messed up now with dates like 07-45-2023. (First attachment). I deleted the extra parameter intl.date_time.pattern_override.date_short and it all went back to standard US format (second attachment) I am not sure what other option I have. Thunderbird 115.5.1 is hanging when I send a message, then says it was sent but cannot place in the sent folder.

I have Firefox on my laptop and cellphone. I just got a new cell and I noticed that my old phone is still being synced even though I set it to factory settings. I went into my Firefox account and see my old phone as not being signed out and I cannot sign out. I chose old phone/replaced but it still won't sign out. Ugh. Please help.

I had set up my homepage on Firefox as "currently.att.yahoo.com". All of a sudden I can't get that site. When I try I get a message indicating the site isn't available in China. Why is this happening and how do I fix it. A step by step way to cure this would be appreciated. Please reply to aulonz2021@att.net my aulonz2019@att.net address is on Yahoo and I can't get there. I use the Yahoo homepage for most of my browsing and I am really upset that I can't get there!

One of my mail accounts set up in Thunderbird is a Plusnet account. I moved a subfolder to the top level of that account in the folders view, but instead of appearing in the same list of all the other folders in that account it appeared as a subfolder of that account in the Inbox list of accounts.

Having tried everything I decided to delete the whole account from Thunderbird and recreate. That only made things worse - now all of the folders in the newly re-added account appear under it in the Inbox part of the tree.

In the picture which I've obfuscated slightly by changing all the account names to generic names. "My mail account 1/2/3" are existing accounts. Note that for My mail account 1 the folders of that account appear under that specific account. For newly (re-)added account, which used to behave in the same way until (a) I tried moving one its subfolders and (b) removed it from Thunderbird and re-added it, the folders appear as a subfolder of it under Inbox.

How do I get these folders to appear in the correct place and not under Inbox?

This is not a Plusnet feature, one of my other accounts is also with Plusnet and that behaves correctly.
