Hi Guys, please help to fix a very strange problem, that more and more Emails don't match up with the Sender and show different Message content (see attached Screen Shots) Never happened before ... why now ?? Thanks in advance, Werner P.S. my Thunderbird Version is 128.9.1est (64-bit) and my iMac is on Sequoia 15.5

bold textA little while ago, all of the messages coming into my Thunderbird app, do not expand graphics etc in the email. I just get strings of code and web stuff.. I cannot find the setting in my Thunderbird that will cause it to automatically translate all of these codes. Help please !

After performing the most recent Firefox update, I was greeted with the "create a new profile prompt", rather than having it open my old one. When going to "about:profiles", ALL FILES in the Root Directory of my old, default profile have the same date as the update, or after. Not a single file is older than that and all my history and bookmarks are gone. The option "Restore Previous Session" was not shown after the update.

PLEASE HELP!!

PS: This happened on a Macbook Pro. All other profiles are the same as they were before the update, having kept all history and bookmarks.

After opening Facebook in the firefox browser for android, I am not able to comment on any Facebook post. The keyboard is not stable. Please fix this. And when I download any big file, it fails after half the download. This process happens again and again. Please fix this. Thank you.

I have have had a Gmail address for a few years and have just created a new Gmail address, I am trying to copy about 20,000 emails from the original Gmail IMAP folders to local Thunderbird folders as a backup, and then copy them to the new Gmail address IMAP folders.

I have tried copying these in smaller amounts as suggested (between 200 and 500 at once) This seems to go well, however, when I have completed the task the original folder has a much higher amount of messages in it than the new one, so some messages are being lost along the way.

Is there a reliable method to do this, such as closing Thunderbird and then copying and pasting data held in the profile folder, or does it need to be done with Thunderbird running?
