Emails are invisible following update
Following this week's update, I cannot see emails in the desktop application. There is only a "Welcome to Freedom" Thunderbird image. How do I see my emails?

Once again, upgrading this browser has had issues. I seem to remember some issues about reverting back....

Is there a way to put them back in order automatically? Can I revert to an earlier version of thunderbird that doesn't have this issue? If so, how?

I have several Web Link Shortcuts (i.e., .url) on my desktop that I created over the years by dragging the web link address to my desktop. The icon for each of these shows the website picture icon. My default browser was FireFox. This morning when I turned on my computer all of these icons were changed to white/blank icons. The icons for programs were not changed just the ones linked to a website. I ran sfc /scannow and no errors were found. I deleted the IconCache.db file and restarted Windows Explorer and my computer, but the white icons remain the same. I changed by default browser from FireFox to Chrome and to Edge, restarting my computer each time, but the problem still exists. The only update to my computer today was the automatic update to FireFox to version 141.0 64 bit at about the time I turned my computer on. I did a search for the issue on FireFox and the web, but I didn't see any recent issues or solutions. I thought about uninstalling FireFox and then reinstalling it, but I saw that if I do that all of the desktop shortcuts become inoperable (I have about 30 of them on my desktop). I have Windows 10 Home version and it is up-to-date. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I always install Thunderbird updates that include security fixes, but occasionally defer/refuse updates that don't seem applicable to my install. If I wait until the next update, will the missed update also be installed (ie, cumulative or rollup)? I quickly looked through FAQs and developers site but nothing jumped out. I currently have v140.0 installed. Thanks.

Hello,
After updating Mozilla Thunderbird to the latest version, I’ve encountered two significant issues across multiple computers running Windows 11 PRO:
Both issues have been observed on different machines, which suggests they are not caused by specific local configurations.
I’d appreciate it if you could let me know whether solutions for these issues are available or if an update is planned to address them.
Kind regards, Maciek
