I have my credit card info saved and previously I could click on a credit card and it would autofill the numbers for me. Now the credit cards still show up when I click on the space to put the credit card number in but but it wont fill the info into the form. I just get a blank space after I click on the saved credit card. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you for your help.

I use Nordpass password manager. If I try and open a site from Nordpass , Firefox Relay overlays the page , preventing the use of Nordpass. How can I disable this Firefox Relay?

Payment autofill fails (other autofill works) I can see the payment methods, and when I select one, it briefly fills the content then it disappears. I have reinstalled, and logged out and back into Firefox.

I remember in the old days there was a way to delete permanently suggested form input without going to settings...Does it still exist...Also what comes up in my form filling is not listed in any of my addresses or personal data.

Fire fox will not let my payment info be saved on face book meta pay. Why? All my info looks good but when I try to save it the error messages says something has gone wrong, I am on a new computer (set upon it is ridiculous). Thanks for any help.

According to this article I should be able to activate autofill credit card details in my country https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill But the option is no where to be found and in about:config I can see it is restricted to a few countries mine not being one. I can not change the list with countries either, actually I can not change anything nor search in about:config. I am running Firefox 140.0.4 (64-bit) EDIT I made a a master password, which then made it possible for me to edit in about:config. I added my country to the extension and now I can activate it.

I want to use a different credit card. If I type in a new credit it tells me it is not a valid number. Somehow the system remembers one credit card and will not let me use a different card

I cannot find the auto-fill options in settings. Within settings I have found autofill for bank cards, but that is the only option. I am trying to turn on autofill personal details such as address etc.

I'm trying to enable autofill for payment methods but autofill is not working. I've checked the correct box under Preferences --> Settings --> Save and fill payment methods. I do not need the device to require sign-in to do this. But when I try to fill in from my saved payment methods, nothing fills in. I've restarted Firefox and my MacBook Pro, but it still doesn't autofill the payment methods. This has worked in the past, but it's not clear why it's not working now even if I have followed all the correct steps. Please help! Thanks

Hi, I have Firefox for Android running on my Samsung Galaxy S23 and the windows version on my PC. Both are logged in to the same Firefox account and are syncing fine. On my PC, the password manager is working as expected and autofilling website passwords.

However, on my phone, I can't seem to get the autofill to work. I have been needing to go into the password manager and copy the password every time. It will ask to save the password and the password manager has everything stored as expected. Tried various things like logging in and logging out but nothing has fixed it. I did notice that Samsung Pass often pops up during the website login process and was wondering if this could be the reason Firefox password manager is not working for autofill.

When I pay with a credit card, Firefox asks me every time whether I want to update the expiration date. It doesn't matter how I respond; it will ask me the same question the next time. Furthermore, the saved expiration date is never actually used to help fill out the form.

In the last month or so I'm having an issue where using autofill multiple times on a web form causes some of the autofilled inputs to disappear.

For example, if I autofill my contact info first, when I go to autofill my payment information, my contact info disappears. If I try to re-autofill my contact info, then my payment info disappears.

The lost autofill inputs still leave behind yellow boxes as if still containing the autofill text, but the boxes are empty and submitting forms like this will fail, so I'm certain the autofilled information is being removed and not simply going invisible or something.

Firefox has my credit card information and it shows up in a window when I go to pay for something, but when I click on the credit card I want to pay with, the details appear on the form but get removed almost instantly.

I am in UK. It was working until recently.

None of the earlier answers have helped.

I cannot add a single payment method no matter what i do, nothing i do works firefox sucks

I cant add payment methods, i have to triple tab the search bar before the browser reacts, i dont have these problems anywhere else, on top of that no actual support

Using payment cards my saved card has the correct date when I look at saved cards. When I use the payment option and select the card offered it puts in an incorrect date (-6 years). I chage this manually and it asks to update the card details, to which I answer 'Yes'. When I go to use it again the same scenario plays out.

Any idea wy this would be, I've flushed the cache and memory but still the same.

I use an iMac and Macbook Pro. Autofill that used to work is no longer working on both of these when I go to USPS.com and sign up for updates on packages. It use to fill in my name on the top line and on the bottom line, it would fill in my email.

What can I do to get this feature back? It stopped working around the beginning of 2025.
