Bonjour, Depuis quelques temps il m'est impossible de marquer les onglets que je désire conserver. La fonction "marquer l'onglet courant" ne fonctionne plus. Sur le même sujet, il m'est également impossible d'effacer les marque-pages que je ne souhaite pas conserver. Donc, pour résumer, impossible de marquer de nouveaux onglets et impossible d'effacer les anciens qui ont été conservés. Merci de votre aide. Hello, For some time now it has been impossible for me to mark the tabs I want to keep. The 'Mark Current Tab' function no longer works. On the same subject, it is also impossible for me to delete tabs that I do not wish to keep. So, to sum up, it is impossible to mark new tabs and impossible to erase the old ones that have been kept. During the last few weeks, an annoying problem has started up whenever I've had to download a file sent to me as an attachment in Outlook email. The original filename is changed by adding a prefix "UTF-8" to each name. This occurs over various different file formats, including Word documents, ExCel files and PDF files, although I haven't confirmed it for all file types as I mostly work with these three.

Can anyone explain this? More importantly, can anyone suggest a fix? If it continues, I will have to change browser...

Been using and loving Thunderbird for over 10 years - now on 115.18.0 (32-bit) with 8 different email addresses, all on 'ionos.co.uk'. My AV is Norton and seemed to 'upgrade' to 'Norton for Gamers' 2 days ago. Since then attempts to read messages get a pop-up window titled 'Add Security Exception' with text 'You are about to override how Thunderbird identifies this site. Legitimate banks, stores will not ask you to do this. ' It gives location as 'imap.ionos.co,uk;993' then a line says 'This site attempts to identifiy itself with invalid information'. Clicking button marked View shows details that include 'Organisation: Norton Web/Mail Shield' hence my suspicion. I've had a lengthy call with Ionos support, very patient and helpful, checking things at their end, concluding nothing of theirs has changed and all is working correctly. I tried one of the addresses using their webmail, which worked perfectly. About the same time that this happened, I started getting pop-up messages from Norton when I started software programs that I wrote myself some years ago. That's never happened before! Tried reading Norton help pages but cannot get hold of a human. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I ditch Norton? Many thanks!

Good afternoon. I now have all my firefox push site notifications set to come through on the desktop even if the browser is closed. However only when I open the browser do the notifications come across as banners and show in the action center on the desktop. How do I have them show without accessing Firefox? Thank you.

I have a Mac Air and it is up to date. and I use Firefox browser which is up to date, but I suddenly cannot access a website to which I have a subscription which is paid up through November. The website is 'Mypilatestime' and now when I try to access it, it states 'forbidden' and is blank. I can access it on Google Chrome but Firefox is my preferred browser. Why can't I access it as usual? Please send a fix ASAP!!

I use Firefox for work and need to have a lot of tabs open, in a certain order, in a single window.

Frequently, when I click on a tab, Firefox moves that tab all the way to the right and I have to scroll over and move it back to its proper place. It also sometimes happens when I type in a text field on a tab and hit return. The tab "disappears" and I find it all the way to the right. It never used to do this in older versions of Firefox.

I don't think I'm doing something different than usual to trigger it. It just seems to be at random.

I really need to figure out how to stop Firefox from doing this. It's frustrating, disruptive, and slows down my work.

Platform: MacOS Ventura 13.7.5 and Firefox 137.0.2

Hi there team! Since a Mozilla upgrade earlier this year, I have been unable to create a reply to certain posts made by folks I follow on Threads social media. It occurs about 20% of the time, intermittently yet consistently. When I seek to create a reply, the response window opens with a restricted field that does not allow me to enter any text. Please see the attached screen shot. It's just a box with no cursor. The restriction has never occurred when I'm on Edge or Chrome, only on Firefox. But I prefer Firefox. I am a senior who uses an IBM-clone desktop running Windows10 (contemplating Win11, but that's another story). I use standard Mozilla security settings for browser privacy. Firefox browser is current. I have attempted shutting down all ad blockers in isolation and in combinations attempting to rectify with no results. I am guessing I possibly have some setting out of whack, but I have no clue what this is called or how to fix this. Not a major issue but a continual annoyance and a puzzlement. Am I the only person who has this problem? Is it a Threads issue perhaps? (their help is non-existent). However the issue does not occur when I use Threads on my Android phone, and it has never occurred on Bluesky, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform I access.
