Hello, i let called it very long terms Firefox user i've been using Firefox to livestream especially on this website : www.showroom-live.com

somehow about since 3 months ago i believe (or start at 2026) suddenly i can't stream on firefox again but all other browser that i tested are worked just fine

it gave blackscreen like ss that i attached. even tried on fresh installed Firefox for android too

to be honest i love feature of firefox that i can pop-out PIP windows all more than 1 and even gave full screen of that PIP

i tried every suggest that appeared on website like Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection, turning off hardware acceleration, clear cookies, autoplay are on ALLOW, doing safemode check also make that black screen, even check about:config media.mediasource.enabled (set to true),DRM ON

my system : AMD 7600x, memory 16GB,GPU : RTX3060, Windows 11

For some reason I can now no longer save my bookmarks to a specific folder anymore it's not giving me the option. As the shown in the image below, this is the only thing that pops up when I try to save my bookmarks now, even when I click on the arrow next to bookmarks it does not expand out to show me all the folders that I have in my bookmarks so I was wondering if there's a way to get it to work properly.

I have never used Thunderbird previously. May I ask a newb question?

I can longer export my emails from my main online email account in the form of a file for back up. That would be an Outlook/Hotmail account. That is not the only scam Microsoft have pulled in the last few years with Outlook as well, which I am more than happy to go into if asked. I do not want to, nor can I install their Desktop Outlook app which I understand still allows export.

So my question is, if I install Thunderbird, does in sync with another email account, then download and store them on PC for back up? It would be many thousands of emails as well. The file exported from Outlook until Microsoft inflicted their latest used to be around 12Gb.

Also, if I do anything via thunderbird, is that replicated in my Outlook email account? I am concerned that emails may disappear from the email account if say Thunderbird is removed from the PC.

Any advice or pointers to already existing thread would be greatly appreciated.

I have just downloaded NordPass Password Manager. I think I have added an extension for this in Firefox, but I can't tell if it has been successfully added.

I need help setting my passwords in Mozilla and Firefox. I'm also confused as to what is the difference between the 2 entitities. If there is anyone to guide me would be appreciated.

I had about 7 accounts in ThunderBird already setup and working. Now when I try to setup another account, it goes through until the screen that wants me to click to Allow ThuderBird to get information from Google. This screen comes as fullscreen with no scrolling bars. And there is no icon that I can click on the screen to Allow information sharing. I am stuck here and cannot add any more accounts to Thunderbird.

My sound does not work when using Firefox. But when I switch to the troubleshooting mode in the "Help" menu, the sound works normally. I did not make any changes to sound settings. Sound was fine last night and did not work when I woke the computer up this morning. I am using Windows 11. Going from troubleshooting mode back to normal mode causes the sound to stop working again.

Sporadically over the past year, a virus warning, purportedly from Apple, has locked my FireFox screen. I must Force Quit to unlock FoxFire. See images. Is this a scam?

I'm getting the message "It looks like you have a browser extension that might be interfering with Microsoft Advertising tools. Please disable this extension." I don't have any extensions. I can't use their site until this is fixed. I chatted with Microsoft and they directed me to Firefox.

An old website appears in the browser when I log into the new website. The new site is "www.thestoneshop.net". What comes up in the browser is "Custom | Foothills Countertop | Northglenn". The old website.

I have downloaded Firefox through the official website and I have installed it through the terminal for Chromebook's Debian Linux.

I have a Chromebook c214ma with a Intel Celeron 4020 with 4 GB ram every single browser on my machine works properly just Firefox keeps closing and crashing
