I have all the location settings I can find on my Firefox browser, google, and device turned off, but the new firefox weather widget still had my hometown as the default location, which is is not the same location as my IP address. And when I went to buy a book online through Thriftbooks with a guest account the address line autofilled with addresses in my hometown. I do not have any addresses saved to autofill. Where is this information being stored and how do I get rid of it?? Is there something in about:config I can shut off or disable?

I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. HELLO! I'm having a problem with some messages. If I receive a message and the program places it in the "Offers" section, then when I try to move it to the "Inbox" section, it disappears. And I can't find it anywhere! This isn't just a problem with the latest version of Thunderbird, but has been for a long time. Today I received several messages from my bank that the program classified as "Offers," but when I tried to move them to the "Inbox" section, they disappeared!! Where are they? It's very frustrating because now these messages aren't even on the server!

PRELUDE: I have several email accounts. All accounts display properly, except one. Yes, this is similar to my question about bottom of the far left [of emails] list of emails - but this is different.

On the far left of Thunderbird is a list of all my email accounts with "Inbox" etcetera. Each email account shows it's Inbox/Sent/Deleted/ except for 1 account. The problem email account only shows it's Title and Inbox northing else. Yes, I tested it and sent emails to it, and used the problem email account to send, create a draft, and they don't show..

How does one add additional fonts to Thunderbird for use in composing email messages?

OTHER: Someone needs to revise and update this form! "Thunderbird version" (below) now prohibits inputting the complete length of Thunderbird's version; limits to "18 characters"; version is now 20 characters. Website input forms that have unrealistic character limitations really irritate me.

Whenever I connect to the VPN, any time I try to go to a website none of the sites will load. The site just sits on a blank page. I've tried to route through different countries and nothing works.

I have posted the same question multiple times because it doesn't appear when I search or when I view my profile and my questions. There was no indication that the question wasn't ready to be posted. Where are my questions?

TB has started to exhibit terribly long latency lags

I'll be working on TB, and then it hangs for 5-10-15 seconds, if I click on a new feature, the screen goes gray until the latency resolves. Also get the Windows timeout error notice (see image)

After 10-15 seconds, TB resolves on its own and works OK for a little while, but then goes latent again after maybe 1-2 minutes. This is consistent last couple days. I've rebooted, cleaned caches, etc.. and the rest of the Win 11 PC is working fine, fast, no latency in any other program.

I asked my email providers if they were having IMAP issues, but everything OK on their end.

Ideas? TB v. 140.11.1esr (64-bit)

After successfully using an AI image generation site (OpenArt.ai) for numerous months, I suddenly stopped being able to successfully upload images from my local hard drive into its image editor. All attempts created an "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource (storage.googleapis.com)" error. I had made no changes to settings or permissions of any kind, but out of nowhere I cannot use function of that website through Firefox. Onlines searches suggested setting up a local network with Python, which is not something I'm familiar with, or that there were browser extensions identified as "Web Server for Chrome" the "Local File System" extensions, neither of which seemed to come up in browser extension searches through Firefox using those terms. Anybody got a fix easy enough to be walked through without learning new software?
