You can attach a screenshot to a reply. The best formats for posting are PNG and JPEG. The PNG format is compressed but gives perfect fidelity. The JPEG format loses some quality, but is more compact with images that have a lot of gradations of color like photos. It's best to avoid using the BMP format because it generally needs to be downloaded to view and may not be supported on non-Microsoft operating systems.
