Check if there is a containing OBJECT tag with a type attribute.
Just to be sure that it isn't the Shockwave Flash plugin, make sure that you have installed this plugin and that it is enabled.

I checked the link given. There was no plugin at the pictured location.
How I have install Adobe Flash Player?
"As the super user, copy the extracted file, libflashplayer.so, to your Firefox installation directory's plugins sub-directory.
