Some other videos also will not work. I have tried to run in safe mode but that did not help. I have had to use google chrome to see the images.

This started when my wife logged on and got a message "The user profile service has failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded" When I went into Firefox most images would not display such as YouTube. I failed in trying to set up a new user for my wife so I did a system restore to several days earlier. This seemed to work and in fact Firefox seemed to be OK. I then updated some plugins and when I went back to Firefox I can play Youtube videos but not some others such as the Google Street View.

Any ideas

This might be caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update.
