I asked a question this morning on the forum.. and now it isn't there.. If I look under the "my contributions" tag, it's there, but not on the main support/questions listing. How will I get any help if the questions isn't visible to all?

I've now put on the following reply -

I'm not a Mac person but I would try running without Speed Download plug-in.

thanks for the help folks - I don't see any sign of SD plug in - where would it be? I know that, if I take one of the "stopped" links and open it in Safari, THEN SD opens and downloads the link - but not so in FF.. and the other (most) downloads work just fine. it's a baffler to me.

As I said before I'm not a Mac person, so I'll bow out.

Under Add-ons Manager >Plug-ins(like Flash, Media players, PDF readers etc) or Extensions(Plug-ins is a word often misused). Check in wherever Add/Remove programs is located. Do a search of your computer.

But from what you are saying it may not be operational with Firefox.
