I cannot open a new page. <ctrl> + <t> doesn't work, or the block next to the current page. nothing works.
When I follow a hyperlink, a new page will appear. And when after I closed Firefox, I open again Firefox all pages, which were open, will reappear.

It sounds like you have Firefox configured to show tabs and windows from the last session. See Firefox Startup
Go to Tools | Options | General and select an option from the dropdown menu.

EDIT: I just noticed you're running a very old version of Flash. Update via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I don't mind that Firefox starts with the tabs and windows from the last session. But I would like to be able to open a new tab while working.
Can you open a tab by pressing the middle mouse button on a blank part of the toolbar?
Also, does the problem persist if you run Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode? If it works correctly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)
