how do I save or print consecutive pages from a web site document

When visiting a web site and viewing a document with several pages, when I try to print the document out FF only prints the first two pages. Even when I say print pages.. say.. 1-6... only the first two pages are printed.

Maybe one or more of my settings are incorrect...

Or do I need a plug in ?
