Thunderbird will not connect with virginmedia.com outgoing or incomimg email servers. It was working fine several days ago. All of the settings look to be correct but a message appers saying that the Connection to pop3.virginmedia.com server has been reset. I have a recovery code from virginmedia but cannot see any way of entering it in Thunderbird.
