Rescue extension data from old profile

Hi there. I am on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6

I updated firefox (now on 115.6.0esr) and a new firefox profile was created.

The extensions/add-ons that I had installed were lost, along with the data in them. I could get the extensions back by copying the extensions folders (see image) from the old profile into the new one. But the data within them was lost.

For two of the extensions (feedbro and Sync-tabs-groups) I really really would like to get the data back.

Feedbro is an RSS reader. In the newly installed firefox it is empty, that is: I lost all my subscriptions (which were many). Sync Tab groups is of course, a tab grouping tool. and it was key to my workflow. Now there are no groups! Unfortunately my newest backup is three months old and I would like to know if there is another option to restore my groups to a newer version.

Would anybody know where in the old firefox profile this information could be found? or maybe you have other ideas?

I am not a developer/programmer or anything like that so I hope there is a solution that doesn't require being a professional in the computer world ;)

I hope you can help me! Thanks a lot!
