That's strange, can you confirm that the bookmark moved using either the Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+B) or the Library window (Ctrl+Shift+O as in Organizer)?

By the way, if you are looking at the Recent bookmarks list, that will be in date order regardless of the current folder.
