I've notice since last night that in certain instances left clicking on something results in no response. There are a couple of cases where this is happening. In Google image results if I click on an image, that image should open up in a popup in the upper right corner. However, now when I click on the image, nothing happens. The other instance is when I do a Google search on a certain subject, at the top of the results is "people also ask." Next to the results in a drop down arrow to expand the results. However, clicking on the arrow also results in no response. I am having no problems at all using Microsoft Edge. I did restart FF in troubleshoot mode and the issues went away. So, apparently there is something wrong with FF in normal mode. Using FF version 11.6.01 64-bit with Window 10. Also, I have not installed any add-ons in a long time. On other thing. It seems some pages are not rendering properly. For example I tried using DuckDuckgo to see if the above problem was specific to Google search. However, when I typed the DDG address into the address bar, the page comes up blank. Thanks in advance for any help.

Update, it appears the Adblocker Ultimate extension was causing the issue. I decided to try disabling my extensions one at a time to see if one of them was causing the issue. Luckily, ABU was the first one I tried and after disabling it the problem mentioned above went away.

Hello there! It sounds like you're having a bit of trouble with left-clicking in certain situations within Firefox. Don't worry, we're here to help! It's great that you already tried troubleshooting mode and the issues went away, which suggests that an add-on or extension might be causing the problem. To fix this, let's start by disabling any recent extensions you might have installed and then restarting Firefox in normal mode. Try right clicking and opening it in a new tab. If that doesn't do the trick, clearing your cache and cookies could also help resolve rendering issues on certain pages. Give these steps a shot, and if you're still experiencing issues, feel free to let us know. We're here to ensure your browsing experience is smooth and enjoyable.
