That doesn't work that way. Firefox account doesn't store password. It's send the reset to your email-Protonmail. That is the only other way to verify your account status. You need to access your Protonmail and get the reset link to verify your firefox account login. Firefox has no access to Protonmail.

At this point you need to make a new Firefox account to anything else and any other device if synced will be delete in the process until you sync those devices with the new password and new account.
