I would like to ask if there is any solution. I changed my password two weeks ago and forget to write it on paper. Suddenly I reinstall my windows. Also I can´t loggin into mozilla account, so today I change my password again. Finally I logged in, but there weren´t any passwords or bookmarks, which I used to have there. How can I recover them?

Hello, I'm GLoaFy. Here's my advice.

Make sure you can access to Mozilla Sync, then simply turn on Mozilla Sync in the setting page.

See if it could work.

I already try that, but nothing happend. It seems like firefox delete my passwords and bookmarks.

You lose all data stored on the Sync server if you reset the password because you forgot it. You should have seen a warning about this.

If you didn't backup your personal data locally then it is lost.
