Hello,

I am trying to migrate from Windows Live application as they are no longer providing the service.

I am trying to get this application installed on two computers. On one of the computers, it works brilliantly. However, on the other computer, it keeps telling me wrong username or password. How could this be possible?

By the way, my username and password are correct, and I have no weird two steps security setting or things like that.

I got @hotmail.com and @live.com accounts.

Appreciate if anyone could help.

Many thanks.

have you looked at your anti virus/firewall software to see if they might be blocking Thunderbird in the second computer. Those password errors often mean that connection is just not possible, not that the password is really wrong.
