I cant even edit options, because any time I click on the firefox icon my entire computer freezes and I have to manually turn it off with the power button. I'm Running windows 10 on a dell laptop. I had to delete firefox completely and Microsoft edge sucks, please help :(

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
